Instructions
- In a bowl, mix apple cider, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish and pour the remaining marinade over it.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- In a separate bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrots, and sliced apples.
- In another bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and Dijon mustard; pour over the slaw and toss to combine.
- Serve the sticky apple cider chicken with the crisp autumn slaw on the side.
