White Chocolate Pistachio Cinnamon Rolls are Irresistible!

Description

Deliciously soft and fluffy cinnamon rolls filled with white chocolate and pistachios, topped with a creamy frosting.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat milk and butter until warm. Remove from heat and stir in sugar and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, and eggs. Add the yeast mixture and vanilla extract. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread melted butter over the surface, then sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon, white chocolate chips, and pistachios.
  6. Roll the dough tightly and cut into 12 equal pieces.
  7. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before frosting with cream cheese frosting.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate instead of white chocolate.
  • These rolls can be made ahead and frozen before baking.
  • Adjust the amount of pistachios based on preference.
