- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture and knead until a smooth dough forms.
- Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the dough and place it in a greased pie dish, leaving some overhang.
- Layer marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, sausage, bell peppers, and mushrooms in the pie dish.
- Fold the overhanging dough over the top and seal the edges.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

- Feel free to customize the toppings to your liking.
- For a vegetarian option, omit the meats and add more vegetables.
- Serve with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
