Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, mix chili garlic sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut the cod fillets into strips and marinate them in the sauce for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the marinated cod strips until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Serve the cod strips over rice and drizzle with any remaining chili garlic sauce.
