- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the melted butter and sugar together until combined.

- In another bowl, sift the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder together.

- Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with the batter.
