  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté until softened.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the sweet potatoes, bread cubes, cooked sausage mixture, chicken broth, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
