- 1 cup Oreo cookies, crushed
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of serving cups to form a crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently until fully incorporated.
- Layer the cheesecake mixture over the Oreo crust in the cups.
- Top with sliced strawberries.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use double-stuffed Oreos.
- Feel free to add more strawberries on top for decoration.
- This dessert can be made a day in advance for convenience.
