Delightful bite-sized truffles that combine fresh strawberries with rich cream cheese, wrapped in sweet chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup crushed strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
  • Additional crushed strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, crushed strawberries, and vanilla extract until well incorporated.
  2. Add the graham cracker crumbs, mixing until the mixture holds its shape.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Freeze the baking sheet for approximately 30 minutes or until firm.
  5. Melt the white chocolate chips with the coconut oil until smooth.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate and allow excess to drip off.
  7. Set the truffles back on the parchment-lined sheet.
  8. Garnish with additional crushed strawberries.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Notes

These truffles can be made a day ahead for enhanced flavor. Store in an airtight container.
