Delightful bite-sized truffles that combine fresh strawberries with rich cream cheese, wrapped in sweet chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup crushed strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
- Additional crushed strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, crushed strawberries, and vanilla extract until well incorporated.
- Add the graham cracker crumbs, mixing until the mixture holds its shape.
- Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Freeze the baking sheet for approximately 30 minutes or until firm.
- Melt the white chocolate chips with the coconut oil until smooth.
- Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate and allow excess to drip off.
- Set the truffles back on the parchment-lined sheet.
- Garnish with additional crushed strawberries.
- Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
These truffles can be made a day ahead for enhanced flavor. Store in an airtight container.
