Sriracha Honey Salmon Bowls are a delicious and easy-to-make dinner option that combines the sweetness of honey with the spiciness of Sriracha, perfectly complementing the rich flavor of salmon.

- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup steamed broccoli
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together Sriracha, honey, soy sauce, and olive oil.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the Sriracha honey mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
- While the salmon is baking, prepare the rice and steam the broccoli.
- Once the salmon is done, assemble the bowls by placing rice at the bottom, followed by steamed broccoli, sliced avocado, and the baked salmon on top.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately.

- Adjust the amount of Sriracha based on your spice preference.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots.
