  • Seaweed sheets

Instructions

  1. Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha sauce to create a spicy mayo.
  3. In a skillet, sauté shrimp with soy sauce and rice vinegar until cooked through.
