- Seaweed sheets
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha sauce to create a spicy mayo.
- In a skillet, sauté shrimp with soy sauce and rice vinegar until cooked through.
- Layer sushi rice, shrimp, avocado, and cucumber in a stack.
- Drizzle with spicy mayo and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Serve with seaweed sheets on the side.
