- 6 eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the eggs by placing them in a pot, covering with water, and cooking for about 10 minutes.
- Cool and peel the eggs in a bowl of ice water for 5-10 minutes; then cut each egg in half lengthwise.
- Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
