Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs by placing them in a pot, covering with water, and cooking for about 10 minutes.
  2. Cool and peel the eggs in a bowl of ice water for 5-10 minutes; then cut each egg in half lengthwise.
  3. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
  4. Add mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  5. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
