Ingredients

- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the chickpeas with buffalo sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the chickpea mixture on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave.
- Assemble the wraps by placing the roasted chickpeas, lettuce, tomatoes, and ranch dressing on each tortilla.
- Wrap tightly and serve immediately.
