Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
  3. In another bowl, mix the mashed persimmons, brown sugar, granulated sugar, milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
