- 1 package of refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup scrambled eggs
- 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the scrambled eggs, cooked sausage, cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the filling in the center.
- Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place the breakfast bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
