  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Butterfly the turkey breast and pound it to an even thickness.
  3. In a bowl, mix together spinach, cream cheese, feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, walnuts, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over the turkey breast.
  5. Roll the turkey breast tightly and secure it with kitchen twine.
  6. Place the roulade in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
