- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup pretzel pieces
- 1 cup salted caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and stir in the sugar until well combined.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly, then whisk in the eggs and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in the pretzel pieces.
- Pour the batter into the mini muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool, then drizzle with salted caramel sauce.
- Top with additional pretzel pieces and serve.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate cocoa powder.
