- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (10 ounces) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sausage, cream cheese, and drained Rotel tomatoes.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, use hot sausage or add more Rotel.
