Ingredients

  • 1 head of garlic, roasted
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wrap the head of garlic in aluminum foil and roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes until soft.
  3. Allow the garlic to cool, then squeeze the cloves out of their skins into a mixing bowl.
  4. Add the softened butter, parsley, chives, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
  5. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a piece of parchment paper and roll it into a log shape.
  7. Refrigerate until firm, about 1-2 hours.
