Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, butter, powdered sugar, and salt until crumbly.
- Press the mixture into tartlet pans and bake for 15 minutes.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until just simmering, then remove from heat.
- Add white chocolate chips and vanilla extract to the cream, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Pour the white chocolate mixture into the baked tartlet shells.
- Top with fresh raspberries.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
