Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add sugar, milk, and vegetable oil, and mix until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and then add to the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Sift in the flour and baking powder, and mix until just combined.

  7. Pour the batter into mini cheesecake molds.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the tops are lightly golden.
  9. Let cool before removing from molds.
