Ingredients

- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1 package of graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice until smooth.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Roll the balls in graham cracker crumbs until fully coated.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each pumpkin spice cheesecake ball into the melted chocolate and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen for later use.
