Ingredients

- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 cups pineapple, diced
- 2 cups watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, watermelon, and kiwi.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice until well combined.
- Pour the honey-lime mixture over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
- Add the chopped mint leaves and toss again.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
