- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add a layer of pepperoni slices and drizzle some pizza sauce over them.
- Top with another tortilla and cook until the bottom is golden brown.
- Carefully flip the pizzadilla and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, slice into wedges, and serve with additional pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Feel free to add other toppings like bell peppers or olives.
- For a spicier version, add jalapeños.
