- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 24 slices pepperoni
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Dough: Unroll the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface, stretching it into a large rectangle, about ¼ inch thick.
- Add the Goodies: Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough and layer the pepperoni slices on top.
- Roll it Up: Starting from the longer side, roll the dough tightly into a log and pinch the seam to seal.
