  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 24 slices pepperoni
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Dough: Unroll the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface, stretching it into a large rectangle, about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Add the Goodies: Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough and layer the pepperoni slices on top.
  4. Roll it Up: Starting from the longer side, roll the dough tightly into a log and pinch the seam to seal.
