  • 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
  4. Add one slice of cheese on top of the bread.
  5. Layer the pepperoni slices over the cheese.
  6. Spread pizza sauce on the other slice of cheese.
  7. Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
  8. Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook the other side.
  9. Once both sides are golden and the cheese is melted, remove from heat.
  10. Slice and serve warm.
