- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the sliced peaches, almond milk, Greek yogurt, rolled oats, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until the desired consistency is reached.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
Notes
- For a vegan version, use plant-based yogurt.
- Feel free to add other fruits like bananas or berries for extra flavor.
