Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies with the softened cream cheese until well blended.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- While the balls are chilling, melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler.
- Once the balls are firm, dip each one into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Return the coated truffles to the baking sheet and let them set until the chocolate hardens.
- Optional: Drizzle additional melted chocolate on top for decoration.
