- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Add shredded coconut and crushed graham crackers to the mixture.
- Stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls.
- Roll each ball in additional shredded coconut to coat.
- Place the snowballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
