A delicious and easy-to-make creamy ranch chicken dish cooked in a CrockPot, perfect for a family dinner.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the CrockPot.
- In a bowl, mix together the ranch dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the CrockPot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix it back into the sauce.
- Serve over rice, pasta, or with vegetables.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add some hot sauce to the mixture.
- This dish can be frozen for later use.
