- 1 lb taco meat, cooked and seasoned
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and salsa until smooth.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a cutting board and spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle seasoned taco meat evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Add a layer of shredded cheese over the taco meat.
- Carefully roll the tortilla away from you into a tight roll.
- Slice the rolled tortilla into bite-sized pinwheels, approximately 1-1.5 inches wide.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
