Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the fish fillets.
- In another bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs with olive oil.
- Press the panko mixture onto the mayonnaise-coated fish to form a crust.
- Place the fish on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
