Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 4 low carb tortillas
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for cooking
Instructions
- Combine the shredded chicken, cheese, minced garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Fill a low carb tortilla with a generous portion of the chicken mixture.
- Wrap the tortilla tightly around the filling.
- Cook the wrapped tortilla seam-side down in the skillet for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip the wrap carefully and cook the other side until crispy.
- Repeat the process with remaining tortillas.
- Enjoy the wraps warm for the best flavor experience.
Notes
You can prepare the filling in advance and store it in the fridge for up to two days. Air frying is also an alternative cooking method that works well.
