Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) if you choose to bake your tenders.
- Prepare the coating: In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Dunk the tenders: Dip each chicken tender into the beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
