- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, ground beef, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve with your favorite low-carb sauce or on a bed of zucchini noodles.
