- 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onions, sliced
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and bell peppers, sauté until softened.
- Add the ribeye steak to the skillet, season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Stir in cream cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese until melted and combined.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll the steak mixture in low-carb tortillas or dough, then place on a baking sheet.
- Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
