Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless chicken thighs or pork cutlets
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  4. Fry the cutlets in hot vegetable oil for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Drain the fried cutlets on paper towels and allow to cool slightly before slicing.
