- 4 boneless chicken thighs or pork cutlets
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 2 eggs, beaten

- 1/2 cup tonkatsu sauce
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Season the cutlets with salt and pepper.
