  • 1/2 cup jam (your choice of flavor)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fill each muffin cup halfway with batter, then add a teaspoon of jam in the center of each muffin.
  6. Top with more batter until the cups are about 3/4 full.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Let the muffins cool for a few minutes before dusting with powdered sugar.
