- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add lemon juice and lemon zest to the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently until combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust evenly.
- Top with fresh raspberries and sprinkle white chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
