- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cranberry sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the cranberry mixture over them.
- Top each chicken breast with a dollop of ricotta cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
