A delicious side dish featuring sweet honey butter and fresh thyme, perfect for any meal.

- 1 lb carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the honey, butter, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add the carrot sticks to the bowl and toss until they are well coated.
- Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of garlic powder.
- Can substitute fresh thyme with dried thyme if necessary.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey according to your taste.
