Ingredients

  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into patties.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  5. Return the patties to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
