  • 1 package egg roll wrappers

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, green onions, and shredded meat.
  2. Add soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder to the mixture and stir well.
  3. Take an egg roll wrapper and place about 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center.
  4. Fold the bottom of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly.
  5. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  8. Serve hot with dipping sauce of your choice.
