Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup cooked chicken or pork, shredded
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, green onions, and shredded meat.
- Add soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder to the mixture and stir well.
- Take an egg roll wrapper and place about 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center.
- Fold the bottom of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce of your choice.
Notes
- Make sure not to overfill the egg rolls to prevent them from bursting while frying.
- You can customize the filling with your favorite vegetables or proteins.
