Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, honey, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the rolled oats, protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Gently fold in the mixed berries.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Feel free to use any combination of berries you prefer.
- This dish can be served warm or cold.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
