Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, honey, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add the rolled oats, protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in the mixed berries.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
