Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Green food coloring
- Powdered sugar for dusting
- Red candy melts for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Add green food coloring until the desired color is achieved.
- Pour the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the donuts cool before removing them from the pan.
- Melt red candy melts and drizzle over the cooled donuts for decoration.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- For a more intense green color, add more food coloring.
- These donuts can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
