- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Slice the zucchinis lengthwise and brush with olive oil.
- Grill the steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Grill the zucchinis for about 3-4 minutes on each side until tender.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper to create the creamy sauce.

- Add the grilled zucchini on the side and drizzle with the creamy sauce.
