- 2 heads of romaine lettuce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Cut the romaine heads in half lengthwise.
- Brush the cut sides with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the romaine halves cut side down on the grill.
- Grill for about 2-3 minutes until slightly charred.
- Remove from the grill and place on a serving platter.
- Top with Parmesan cheese, cherry tomatoes, and drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette.
- Serve immediately.

- For added flavor, consider adding grilled chicken or shrimp.
- Adjust the amount of dressing to taste.
