Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Coarse sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Once risen, punch down the dough and fold in minced garlic and rosemary.
  7. Divide the dough into muffin tin sections, filling each about halfway.
  8. Sprinkle coarse sea salt on top of each muffin.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.
