Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- Coarse sea salt for topping
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.
- Add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Once risen, punch down the dough and fold in minced garlic and rosemary.
- Divide the dough into muffin tin sections, filling each about halfway.
- Sprinkle coarse sea salt on top of each muffin.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger garlic flavor, increase the amount of minced garlic.
- These muffins can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Serve warm for the best taste.
