Delicious Garlic Parmesan Stuffed Mushrooms filled with a creamy, cheesy mixture, perfect for appetizers or cozy dinners.

- 1 lb (about 450g) button or cremini mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean mushrooms gently with a damp paper towel and remove the stems.
- Finely chop the stems and set the caps aside.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, then add minced garlic and chopped stems. Sauté for about 4-5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Add softened cream cheese and mix until creamy.
- Brush mushroom caps with olive oil, place cavity side up on a baking sheet.
- Generously spoon filling into each mushroom cap.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until tops are golden and mushrooms are tender.
- Let cool slightly before serving, garnished with chives if desired.

Make ahead by preparing the filling and stuffing the caps; refrigerate until baking.
