Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef bites and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the beef back to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
