2. Counter-Notification

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located
  • Your physical or electronic signature

We may restore the removed content upon receiving a valid counter-notification unless the original complainant files a lawsuit within 10 business days.

3. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, EasyReciper.com will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate user access for repeat infringers.
